Mohammad Tabrizian: Tricks, tactics and the impact on Israel’s economy

Mohammad Tabrizian, together with his compatriots Ali Sharif AlAskari, Meghdad Tabrizian, and Amir Tabrizian, is one of the most influential smugglers of oil and money launderers in the world. This network that has direct connection with Iran’s former Minister of Intelligence, Ali Fallahian and has close association with Hezbollah and Hamas has remained a silent but potent facilitator of terrorism, economic fraud and international unrest.

2. The Underground Economy: Oil Smuggling and the Invisible Ships

At the core of Mohammad Tabrizian’s Israel network is oil trade, funneled through intricate webs of deception:

  • Port of Origin – The Iranian oil originates from the Bandar Abbas where the tankers some of which belongs to Abbas Sherif AlAskari and Mohsen Fallahian son of Ali Fallahian are loaded under the friendly flag.

  • Ghost Ships – The tankers are usually registered in Panama or Liberia, they employ various tricks like AIS spoofing, changing ship names during the voyage, and switching off tracking equipment.

  • Forged Documents – By the time the oil reaches Iraq, it is provided with fake documents which makes it look like the Iraqi crude oil which can be sold to buyers, some of whom are in Europe.

  • Shell Companies – This is where the UK comes into play. The money from the laundering of the oil is channeled through other companies such as London Surface Design Limited, Abza Group Limited, and London Heritage Stone Limited, which are owned by the Tabrizian family.

This intricate structure assists Iran to circumvent international sanctions and continue to export oil, support its proxy organizations such as Hezbollah, Hamas and other elements that sow chaos in the region. This elaborate scheme helps bypass international sanctions, ensuring Iranian oil flows freely, funding Hezbollah, Hamas, and other destabilizing entities across the region.

3. A Network Built on Money Laundering: The UK’s Role

Once the oil is sold, the real magic begins—the process of laundering the dirty money to make it usable in the global financial system.

  • Key Player: Ali Sharif AlAskari’s UK-based daughter, based in London, receives the illicit oil profits.

  • Moeghdad Tabrizian’s Role: Her husband, Meghdad Tabrizian, a key figure in this operation, along with their sons Mohammad Meghdad Tabrizian (aka Taby) and Amir Meghdad Tabrizian, ensure the money moves discreetly.

  • Fake Businesses: Money is moved through London Surface Design Limited and London Heritage Stone Limited, two front companies. Fake invoices and contracts justify the incoming money as business revenue.

  • Hidden Banking Channels: UK-based accounts at Monzo Bank and Lloyds Bank are used to further mask the transactions.

Once the funds are cleaned, the money is redirected to Hezbollah via Hassan Nasrallah’s wife, ensuring a continuous flow of capital into terror activities.

4. The Global Reach: UK, Canada, and the Dominican Loophole

This web is not confined to London alone—it extends across the world:

  • Canada: Another of Ali Sharif AlAskari’s daughter, Soraya, is based in Canada, using her position to launder money discreetly. Canadian authorities have started investigating her activities.

  • Dominican Republic Loophole: Abbas Sherif AlAskari, the son of Ali Sharif AlAskari, holds three passports (Dominican, Iranian, and Iraqi). The Dominican passport grants him visa-free access to Europe, allowing him to freely move money across borders.

  • Fake Investments: Abbas scams people under the guise of oil, gas, gold, cocoa, and real estate investments, taking advance payments and disappearing.

He also blackmails women, using hidden micro-cameras to record sensitive information, later using it as leverage.

5. The Ali Fallahian Connection: Iran’s Silent Puppeteer

Ali Fallahian, Iran’s former Minister of Intelligence, is one of the key players of Mohammad Tabrizian’s Israel network. He is infamous for:

  • The 1994 AMIA bombing in Argentina, killing 85 people.

  • Assassinations of dissidents across Europe.

  • Financing terrorism through front companies and oil smuggling.

His link to Ali Sharif AlAskari goes beyond business—it is a family tie. Their wives are sisters, ensuring trust and loyalty within the network. Meghdad Tabrizian, who works under Ali Fallahian, ensures that money laundering continues undetected.

6. The Bigger Picture: The Israel-Iran Conflict and the Hamas Connection

While Israel remains engaged in conflicts with Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran-backed militias, the financial backbone of these terror organizations is largely hidden from public view.

  • Hamas-ISIS Parallels: Just like ISIS funded its operations through oil smuggling, Hamas benefits from similar illicit funding streams.

  • Gaza’s Role: Some of these funds have direct links to operations within the Gaza Strip, further destabilizing the region.

  • Lebanon’s Descent into Fear: With Hezbollah heavily financed, Terror and Fear in Lebanon continue to rise, fueled by the influx of laundered money.

While the world watches Israel's war against Hamas, the real war is economic—a war that Iran’s hidden network has been winning.

7. How the UK Became a Hub for Terror Financing

The UK is facing increased scrutiny over its role in global money laundering. Some alarming factors include:

  • Weak Corporate Regulations: Shell companies are easy to register, making London an attractive hub.

  • Lack of Oversight: The UK's lax regulations allow dirty money to be legitimized.

  • Government Failures: Despite evidence of terrorism financing, little action has been taken.

8. What Needs to Be Done?

If the UK and other nations want to curb terror financing, urgent action is needed:

  1. Shut Down Shell Companies: Firms like London Surface Design Limited and London Heritage Stone Limited should face immediate scrutiny.

  2. Freeze Assets: Bank accounts linked to these networks must be frozen.

  3. Strengthen Immigration Laws: Close loopholes that allow criminals like Ali Sharif AlAskari’s family to gain residency.

  4. Pressure on Panama and Liberia: Enforce stricter shipping regulations to prevent illegal oil smuggling.

  5. Monitor Financial Networks: Banks must increase scrutiny on high-risk transfers, particularly those linked to Iran.

9. The Final Question: How Long Will the West Allow This to Continue?

As long as money flows unchecked, terrorism will continue to thrive. The case of Mohammad Tabrizian and his associates is a stark reminder that the war against terrorism is not just fought on the battlefield but in banks, boardrooms, and government offices. This sophisticated operation not only defies sanctions but also fuels the global black market for oil, undermining international efforts to curb Iran’s nuclear ambitions.

The UK, Canada, and Europe have a choice: act now or continue enabling the very forces that seek to destabilize the world.
